Do I need to make an account to shop on your site?
You do not need to make an account to shop on our site. Making an account makes it easier
when it comes time to checkout, as we securely store your information so it’s right there when
you’re ready to shop with us again.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the account icon at the top of the screen. There you will
find the login page, and a link that says ‘Forgot your password?’ Click on the link, enter your
email address in the following page, and we’ll send you an email so you can reset your
password.
How do I place an order on your site?
1. Choose the item you wish to order, and check your size against our size chart. Please
take an extra moment to make sure you’ve ordered the correct size.
2. Select your desired piece and click ‘Made-to-Order’. This will take you to the order
summary page. If you would like to complete your purchase, click ‘Proceed to
Checkout’. If you would like to continue shopping, you can continue to browse our site
and add additional items to your cart. When you’re ready to checkout, you can return to
the checkout page by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page.
3. Once you’re ready to pay, you can add any additional comments and choose your
payment option from the checkout screen. Choose your payment option and click
‘Proceed to Checkout’ to proceed.
4. On the information page, please enter your contact information and shipping address. If
you have an account with us, please log in here. Click ‘Continue to Shipping’ to proceed.
5. On the Shipping page, you will see an overview of your order. Click ‘Continue to
Payment’ to proceed.
6. On the Payment page, enter your payment information and billing address. If your billing
address is the same as your shipping address, click the option ‘Same as billing address’.
Once your information has been entered, click ‘Complete Payment’.
7. And that’s it! You will receive an email notification shortly, confirming your order and
estimated shipping time. We will continue to notify you as your order is ready to ship.

How do I pre-order an item?
We occasionally offer the option to pre-order some items. The estimated availability date will
vary from product to product and can be found on the product description. Our customer service
team will keep you updated on the progress of your order and the expected delivery date. Once
the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and should expect to receive it
within 3 to 5 working days.
